TAKAYAS & CO. WARRANTY

Takayas & Co. jewelry is covered by a limited warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and, within one (1) year from the date of purchase, replacement of broken or lost accent gemstones, as determined by Takayas & Co., resulting from normal wear and proper use.

Routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance services are available for an additional fee. Unless otherwise stated, shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, improper care, or repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by any jeweler or third party other than Takayas & Co. Takayas & Co. is not responsible for damage

DIAMOND GRADING REPORTS

We know a diamond can be a big purchase – and if you’re using one in your special jewelry project, we want to provide you with information about your beautiful stone. All 0.50-carat and larger natural diamonds we source come with a grading report issued by either GIA (the Gemological Institute of America) or EGL (the European Gemological Laboratory), two of the top gemological laboratories in the world. All 1.0-carat and larger lab-grown diamonds are accompanied by official documentation from their lab of origin.

Your diamond’s grading report will include the unique internal and external characteristics of your stone, as well as a report specifying the carat weight, cut, color, and clarity of your diamond.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales of jewelry pieces, including pieces from Beyond by Takayas and other jewelry collections and pieces commissioned as a custom design or special order, are final. Finished jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. Initial deposits and subsequent payments for canceled orders are also non-refundable.

All Takayas & Co. jewelry is solely made and sold by Takayas & Co. We do not authorize third party retailers to make, sell, or distribute our jewelry or designs. If you see another business claiming to sell Takayas Custom Jewelry or Beyond by Takayas products, their products are fake.
