Navy & Dragon Ball Z Inspired Men’s Wedding Band
After years of being attentive and listening carefully, Nicole knew exactly what kind of ring her partner would love. She had a brief, but clear description of what elements were to be incorporated into the custom ring she wanted to commission from Takayas Custom Jewelry. As her partner was in the Navy and loves Dragon Ball Z, a ring that seamlessly combines the two was an obvious answer!
To represent her partner’s time as a quartermaster, a ship’s helm is placed in the middle of a stunning golden band. Takayas cleverly overlaid the hub of the wheel with the iconic 4-star ball from Dragon Ball Z, forming unique and meaningful centerpiece. The band is fashioned with a concave section to draw the eye to the intricate sculptural metalwork and details. Either side of the helm is flanked with a pair of blue sapphire-studded anchors, brought to life with winding three-dimensional ropes.
“The design is beautiful and I love how he added the concave dip to the ring. It looks amazing and I am sure he will love it!” Nicole exclaimed after seeing the design Takayas had created for her partner. We followed up with her after she had received her ring, “The detail of the ring was amazing to see in person! I was smiling right away when I opened the box. I can’t wait to propose to him!
