Final Fantasy & Music Inspired Engagement Ring

Steve and Stephanie were first brought together by two mutual passions: video games and music. Both professional composers today, they each grew up enraptured by the stunning compositions of Nobuo Uematsu, and connected instantly through their love of all things Final Fantasy. Takayas Custom Jewelry created a gorgeous custom engagement ring for our friends that harmoniously combines every element of their unique relationship!

Alongside composing, Stephanie is also a registered nurse, and she enjoys playing characters who heal. Takayas imbued her engagement ring with the essence of one of Final Fantasy's most iconic healers, the gentle and mysterious Aerith. A sparkling center diamond blooms within the petals of Aerith's signature lily flower.

Aerith's stave gives structure to the top of the elegant platinum band. Further down the shank, elements of a character Steve relates to blend seamlessly into the design, through sleek carvings inspired by the Fusion Sword wielded by Cloud in the Advent Children movie.

Nobuo Uematsu's beautiful, timeless songs about Cloud and Aerith reflect in the relationship between this sweet couple. Marking the beginning of the next movement in Steve and Stephanie's lives together, a bass clef and treble clef overlay the ring's shoulders.

"Takayas has done a phenomenal job!" Steve exclaimed when we first revealed the special design to him. "It’s literally perfect." Stephanie herself felt the same way about the finished ring - in Steve's words, she "absolutely LOVED it!"
