Custom Sailor Moon Inspired Engagement Ring with Pear Cut Lab Grown Diamond

From the moment our client reached out to us, he hoped to create a one-of-a-kind engagement ring inspired by the magical world his partner loves. Sailor Moon was a special story for her, and he wanted the design to capture a soft, celestial glow with details that felt personal and meaningful.

For the center stone, he envisioned an elongated pear shaped lab grown diamond that would flatter her hand and bring a gentle elegance to the silhouette. Takayas selected an approximately 2.21 carat pear cut diamond and set it in platinum, chosen for its naturally bright white color and luxurious feel. Surrounding the center, Takayas created a radiant halo with delicate accent diamonds arranged to form a subtle sunburst effect.

Along the band, diamonds taper gracefully down the shoulders, adding light and sparkle without overwhelming the design. From the side view, a small crescent moon is tucked beneath the center stone, inspired by the world that meant so much to her. It is a detail that reveals itself only when the ring is admired closely, making the piece feel quietly personal.

Once the platinum was shaped and every stone carefully set, the ring came to life with a soft brilliance that feels both magical and timeless. When our client received the finished piece, he shared how much they loved it and how special it felt from the very first moment they opened the box.
