Kingdom Hearts inspired wedding ring collection by Takayas Custom Jewelry
Kingdom Hearts is a series of video games that revolve around a central theme of Heart: love, feelings, memories and emotions. Doesn't that sound like the perfect inspiration for a collection of engagement and wedding rings?
With that in mind,Takayas decided to create these CAD renderings of ladies and mens wedding rings, inspired by one of his favorite video games, Kingdom Hearts.
Kingdom Hearts Collection Engagement Ring by Takayas Custom Jewelry
The engagement ring in this collection is inspired by the Oathkeeper keyblade, with a Wayfinder inspired setting for the center stone. (If you look closely, you'll see that the prongs are shaped like the tips of the Thalassa shells!) The Oathkeeper's angel wing guards frame the center stone, with the blade forming the shank. Finally, sparkling white diamond accent stones represent the keyblade's kanji symbol for "light".

The ladies wedding band matches the engagement ring, with the iconic crowned heart as the centerpiece.Takayas also created two versions of an Oblivion inspired wedding ring for the men. Since the Oathkeeper represents light, and Oblivion represents darkness, together they represent balance and harmony, similar to the concept of yin and yang or the dragon and the phoenix.

The second Oblivion ring gives men the option of having a slightly larger black diamond accent stone as the centerpiece, instead of the Crown token.
