Charizard & the Stones of Virtue Inspired Engagement Ring
Takayas Custom Jewelry loves creating unique engagement rings that features your favorite elements and showcases what you love! For his special custom engagement ring, Douglas wanted to fuse Emma’s love of the Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past and Pokémon. We, of course, were excited to bring this vision to life!
Great care was put into crafting Douglas and Emma’s unique design. Takayas sculpted a sophisticated three-stone setting design that incorporated their favorite Pokémon, Charizard, and elements from the Legend of Zelda. Charizard’s powerful wings grip their platinum band, shouldering the radiant stones of virtue! Representing the stones is a wise blue topaz, a courageous peridot, and a powerful garnet. Brilliant accent diamonds line Charizard’s wings adding a beautifully rich and sophisticated look. The Triforce design engraved just above the grip of the Master Sword can be found decorating the side gallery. Carved in the under gallery was a nice little touch, matching each Stone of Virtue to their respective Goddess marks!
When we reached out to Douglas, he shared with us his thoughts on his custom journey experience: “The entire process from Takayas was wonderful from start to finish. The attentiveness from every member of staff was phenomenal; it was by far and away the easiest experience of ordering something so detailed and precious. Takayas is completely a master of the craft, and it showed when I received the ring.
