"Alexandrite Adventure" Three-Stone Engagement Ring

Our friends Jessie and James came to Takayas Custom Jewelry to craft a spectacular ring that would pay tribute to precious memories from throughout Jessie's life! Their gorgeous design melds a sophisticated engagement ring style with meaningful themes of freedom, adventure, and wanderlust.
A moissanite centerpiece flanked by marquise-cut alexandrite puts an irresistibly modern twist on Jessie's refined three-stone setting. Takayas cleverly designed the special mounting style to be revealed when the ring is viewed from the side: sculpted into four prongs upholding the center stone and four prongs upholding a moissanite-studded basket, the tapered claws mirror the eight directions of a compass. Memories of hiking with her beloved father as a young girl embrace the beautiful stone that symbolizes Jessie's present, encouraging her to always chase adventure.
Subtle motifs continue down the white gold band. One of Jessie and James' favorite experiences as a couple has been learning archery together, and Takayas fashioned the shank into an elegant silhouette of paired arrows. The dazzling alexandrite side stones rest on upturned arrowheads, while lines of accent moissanites add sparkle to the fletching that wraps around Jessie's finger.
